xAI is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Recruiting Coordinator to join their team in Palo Alto, CA. This role is crucial in ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the interview process. The Recruiting Coordinator will handle various tasks, from scheduling interviews to maintaining candidate data.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage onsite, phone, and virtual candidate interviews.
- Schedule candidate interviews and handle candidate logistics.
- Represent and facilitate partnerships with stakeholders, candidates, hiring managers, and interviewers.
- Drive process improvement initiatives and special projects.
- Ensure data integrity and update candidate records in Greenhouse.
- Evaluate and recommend recruitment strategies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Prior experience in people operations or recruiting functions.
- Excellent organizational, project management, and multitasking abilities.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Previous experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to manage multiple on-going projects and adapt to shifting priorities.
- Team player with a high sense of urgency.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
