Job Description
xAI is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Recruiting Coordinator to join their team in Palo Alto, CA. This role is crucial in ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the interview process. The Recruiting Coordinator will handle various tasks, from scheduling interviews to maintaining candidate data.

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and manage onsite, phone, and virtual candidate interviews.
  • Schedule candidate interviews and handle candidate logistics.
  • Represent and facilitate partnerships with stakeholders, candidates, hiring managers, and interviewers.
  • Drive process improvement initiatives and special projects.
  • Ensure data integrity and update candidate records in Greenhouse.
  • Evaluate and recommend recruitment strategies.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • Prior experience in people operations or recruiting functions.
  • Excellent organizational, project management, and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple on-going projects and adapt to shifting priorities.
  • Team player with a high sense of urgency.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
