Clara is seeking an Account Executive to drive the growth and strategy for Clara Checkout in Mexico. This role is pivotal in expanding Clara's payment solutions among companies requiring new payment methods within the region.

The Account Executive will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, operations, and marketing, to establish Clara's solution in the market. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the payments ecosystem and experience in commercial roles, product strategy, or business development.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead the Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy for Clara Checkout in Mexico.
  • Develop the customer pipeline and lead direct sales efforts.
  • Provide key feedback to product and tech teams to enhance Clara Checkout.
  • Act as a payment method expert for existing clients.
  • Share market insights and trends as the industry expert within Clara.
  • Monitor the competition and analyze market strategies.

Requirements:
  • Experience selling in logistics, construction, manufacturing, or retail.
  • 5+ years in commercial roles, product strategy, or business development within fintech, payments, banking, or insurance.
  • Deep knowledge of the payments ecosystem.
  • Ability to create a Book of Business and use digital prospecting and AI tools.
  • Strategic and consultative mindset.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
