Job Description
Jobber is seeking a Senior Manager, Revenue Operations to join its Revenue Operations (RevOps) Department. This role will report to the Senior Director, Revenue Operations and will be responsible for driving success by owning one of Jobber's strategic revenue pods (postsales). The Senior Manager, Revenue Operations will operate at the unification of people, process, technology, and data, ensuring that the revenue operations function is optimized and aligned with the company's growth objectives.
Role involves:
- Leading and mentoring a cross-functional team.
- Owning the postsales pod and defining processes for seamless collaboration.
- Being a subject matter expert on customer journey, revenue tooling, and go-to-market strategy.
- Overseeing the implementation and optimization of CRM and revenue tools.
- Fostering a data-driven culture by establishing KPIs and reporting systems.
- Collaborating with senior leadership to align on revenue objectives.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in revenue operations or related go-to-market functions in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Proficiency in Salesforce and HubSpot.
- Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data to make informed decisions.
- Strong familiarity with Agentic tooling and AI enabled software.
- Excellent communication skills.
