Job Description
Jobber is seeking a Senior Manager, Revenue Operations to join their Revenue Operations (RevOps) Department. This role is pivotal in driving success within one of Jobber's strategic revenue pods (postsales). The Senior Manager will operate at the intersection of people, process, technology, and data, ensuring the revenue operations function is optimized and aligned with the company's growth objectives.
Responsibilities include:
- Leading and mentoring a cross-functional team.
- Owning the postsales pod and defining processes for seamless collaboration.
- Serving as a subject matter expert on customer journey, revenue tooling, and go-to-market strategy.
- Innovating the use of AI in GTM strategies.
- Overseeing the implementation and optimization of CRM and revenue tools like Salesforce and HubSpot.
- Establishing KPIs and reporting systems to track team success and drive process improvements.
- Collaborating with senior leadership to align on revenue objectives and support transformation efforts.
- Aligning Engineering resources to ensure initiatives are properly staffed and prioritized.
The ideal candidate should possess:
- Proven experience in revenue operations within a B2B SaaS environment.
- Proficiency in Salesforce and HubSpot.
- Leadership experience in managing cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making abilities.
- Familiarity with Agentic tooling and AI-enabled software.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills.
