Job Description
Jobber is seeking a Senior Manager, Revenue Operations to join their Revenue Operations (RevOps) Department. This role is pivotal in driving a buyer-centric go-to-market strategy and enabling Jobber to engage effectively with its target audience. The Senior Manager will lead a cross-functional team and ensure the revenue operations function is optimized and aligned with the company's growth objectives.
Responsibilities: - Lead and mentor a team of RevOps Managers, Business Systems Analysts, and Marketing Automation Specialists.
- Own the postsales pod, ensuring seamless collaboration across the company.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on customer journey, revenue tooling, and go-to-market strategy.
- Innovate in the application of AI to drive success for Jobber.
- Oversee the implementation and optimization of CRM and revenue tools, including Salesforce and HubSpot.
- Establish KPIs and reporting systems to track team success and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align on revenue objectives and support transformation efforts.
- Align Engineering resources to ensure initiatives are properly staffed and prioritized.
Requirements: - Proven experience in revenue operations or related go-to-market functions in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Proficiency in Salesforce and HubSpot.
- Leadership experience with the ability to manage cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data for informed decisions.
- Familiarity with Agentic tooling and AI-enabled software.
- Excellent communication skills.
