Director of Product, Growth

Jobber is seeking a Director of Product, Growth to join their Growth team. This role will be pivotal in driving Jobber’s next phase of growth, leading a team of product managers to accelerate customer acquisition, deepen product adoption, and strengthen customer retention. The Director will report to the SVP of Product and will shape and scale a team that improves the lives and businesses of home service providers across North America.

Responsibilities:

• Define and champion a product-led growth strategy.
• Lead and develop a team of product managers.
• Understand the home services industry and customer pain points.
• Champion a rigorous experimentation culture.
• Partner with senior leaders across various departments.
• Ensure the product growth organization delivers results.
