Clara, a leading B2B spend management platform in Latin America, is seeking a Sales Development Representative. This role is crucial for designing and scaling prospecting strategies to attract enterprise and mid-market clients. The Sales Development Representative will target CFOs and finance leaders with personalized outreach, manage multi-touch campaigns, and optimize the sales stack.Role involves:
  • Designing executive outbound strategies
  • Targeting CFOs and finance leaders
  • Running multi-touch campaigns
  • Collaborating with Sales Leadership and AEs
  • Optimizing the sales stack
  • Creating scalable sequences and workflows
  • A/B testing copy and tactics
  • Building and sharing templates and playbooks
  • Maintaining clean CRM and campaign data
Requirements:
  • 2–4 years of experience in outbound sales, SDR, or sales automation
  • Hands-on experience with Amplemarket, Apollo, Outreach, or Salesloft
  • Proficiency in LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, and sales AI tools
  • Strong written communication skills
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and results-driven
  • Native Spanish + confident English (Intermediate B2 level)
