Associate Enterprise Systems QA Engineer

Job Description

Motive is seeking an Associate Enterprise Systems QA Engineer to evaluate and test Salesforce and enterprise applications. The candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve defects, improving the user experience. This role involves ensuring the quality and functionality of Salesforce configurations.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and product owners.
• Participate in QA operations and suggest improvements.
• Define test objectives and strategies for Salesforce projects.
• Create and execute detailed test cases and scripts.
• Identify, document, and report defects.
• Manage and maintain test data.
• Enhance the overall quality assurance process.
• Conduct peer reviews of checklists.
• Participate in post-mortem analyses.
• Take ownership of personal performance and development goals.
• Be available for standups and business calls.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce CRM platform and configurations.
• 3-4 years of experience in manual software testing (Salesforce CRM preferred).
• Attention to detail and strong documentation skills.
• Knowledge of SDLC, agile methodologies, and tools like Jira and TestRail.
• Team player with adaptability.
