Associate Systems Administrator (Salesforce Admin)

Job Description

Motive is seeking an Associate Systems Administrator to manage and support Salesforce and integrated Enterprise Systems applications. The role involves working with Sales, Sales Operations, Marketing, Customer Success, Customer Support, and Finance teams. The candidate will join a dynamic team and contribute to Motive’s growth and global expansion.

Responsibilities:

• Provide real-time support for Salesforce and integrated platforms.
• Administer and support Salesforce.com, including user management and data updates.
• Manage end-user profile configurations, reporting, and permissions.
• Oversee onboarding for the Enterprise Systems Tech-Stack.
• Analyze and prioritize enhancement requests.
• Manage workload and projects with strong attention to detail.
• Create and update documentation.
• Implement minor admin-level changes in Salesforce.

Requirements:

• Engineering background with understanding of Business Systems technology.
• Minimum 3 years of Salesforce.com experience with administrative and configuration skills.
• Proven ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
• Salesforce Administration Certification is a must.
• Understanding of Salesforce.com's Sales and Service Cloud Architecture.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
