Job Description
Motive is seeking a Recruiting Manager to lead and inspire a team of high-performing Sales Recruiters focused on scaling its SMB and Commercial sales teams. This role is a key member of the Talent Acquisition leadership team and will play a critical role in driving the success of Motive's hiring strategy, partnering closely with Sales and GTM leaders to deliver top-tier talent that fuels growth. This is a highly visible role requiring a blend of operational excellence, data-driven decision making, and people leadership.What this role involves:
  • Leading, coaching, and developing a team of Sales Recruiters to meet monthly and quarterly hiring targets.
  • Partnering closely with GTM leadership to align hiring strategy with business goals.
  • Driving pipeline development and sourcing strategies for high-volume hiring.
  • Monitoring recruiter performance metrics, ensuring accountability and consistent delivery.
  • Collaborating with operations and enablement teams to improve process efficiency and reporting.
  • Owning and optimizing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Championing DEI initiatives and build inclusive hiring practices across all stages.
  • Forecasting hiring needs and proactively address bandwidth or capacity challenges.
  • Promoting a culture of collaboration, performance, and continuous learning within your team.
Requirements:
  • 6+ years of recruiting experience, with at least 2+ years in a leadership or management role.
  • Proven success leading recruiting teams in high-growth or high-volume environments and experience with multi-layered stakeholder structures
  • Strong knowledge of sales recruiting, particularly in SMB or Commercial segments.
  • Comfortable using data and metrics to drive decisions and team performance.
  • A passion for coaching and mentoring recruiters, helping them grow and succeed.
  • Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever) and sourcing tools.
