Engineering Manager, Full Stack (MarTech)

Job Description

Motive is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead a team of skilled software engineers, fostering collaboration and innovation. The Engineering Manager will support the Enterprise organization, implement scalable architecture, and contribute to projects critical for growing Motive’s customer base. This role involves creating custom tools that enhance sales processes, data visibility, and marketing strategies, and implementing cost-effective in-house solutions.What This Role Involves:

• Leading and mentoring a team of software engineers.
• Overseeing the planning and execution of software engineering projects.
• Providing technical leadership and guidance.
• Collaborating with product managers and other stakeholders.
• Encouraging a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
• Optimizing resource allocation.
• Overseeing the quality assurance process.
• Providing regular updates to key stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Proven success in leading and delivering complex software engineering projects.
• Solid CS foundations including in data structures, algorithms and software engineering.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of computer vision, deep learning, machine learning, or statistical and predictive modeling is a plus.
