Job Description
Motive is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to establish the sales organization in Mexico. This role involves capitalizing on Motive's strong product positioning to achieve business outcomes. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a history of sales overachievement, strong interpersonal and technical skills, and a collaborative mindset. This is hybrid role, 3x a week in office in Mexico City.

Responsibilities:
  • Prospect and secure new business through strong relationships.
  • Achieve KPI targets in a performance-based environment.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to refine playbooks and processes.
  • Provide tailored recommendations and negotiate contract terms.
  • Identify and resolve customer issues proactively.
  • Plan effectively to exceed business goals and revenue quotas.
  • Deepen understanding of market trends for consultative insights.

Requirements:
  • 4+ years of B2B direct sales experience.
  • Experience in building cross-functional relationships and influencing decisions.
  • Ability to manage 3-6 month sales cycles with six-figure annual revenue per deal.
  • Hunter mentality focused on closing new logos.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
  • Commitment to outbound prospecting and deal closing.
  • Experience selling into trucking, oil & gas, construction, transportation, logistics, compliance, and/or safety is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, Salesloft, Gong, Slack, and other enterprise software tools.
