Motive is seeking a Product Marketing Manager for the Mexico market. This role is pivotal in supporting the company's go-to-market strategy in Mexico, working closely with US and Mexico sales and marketing teams. The Product Marketing Manager will focus on content localization, market research, and the execution of marketing programs to expand Motive's brand and customer base in Mexico. The ideal candidate will possess strong bilingual communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Researching market and competitive trends.
Developing and executing go-to-market plans for Mexico.
Localizing company and product positioning.
Creating sales collateral and training materials.
Managing marketing agency partners.
Collaborating on demand generation campaigns.
Acting as the voice of the customer in Mexico.
8-10 years of experience in Marketing or related field.
Experience with product messaging, market research, and content development.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English.
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Experience with marketing automation and analytics platforms.
Ability to work in the Mexico City office at least 2x per quarter.
