Motive is seeking a Senior Web Marketing Specialist to join their Web Marketing Team. This team focuses on driving growth and new customer acquisition through impactful web experiences. The ideal candidate will be strategic, collaborative, and highly organized, excelling in managing complex web projects and optimizing operational workflows within content management systems (CMS).This role is central to the successful planning, execution, and delivery of website updates that meet performance and ADA compliance standards. The Senior Web Marketing Specialist will lead and coordinate all aspects of web projects, serving as the primary point of contact between the web team, project stakeholders, and other departments.What this role involves:

• Leading and coordinating all aspects of web projects.
• Overseeing the content management lifecycle.
• Establishing, documenting, and optimizing project workflows.
• Providing clear documentation and training to stakeholders.
• Leading and managing QA/UAT processes.
• Collaborating with the web engineering team.
• Conducting research on digital best practices.
• Organizing, executing, and driving complex web projects.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 3 years of proven experience in web project management, web production, or content publishing.
• Strong project management skills, including experience with Jira and Asana.
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
• Hands-on experience managing and publishing content through WordPress or similar CMS platforms.
• Solid understanding of website best practices, including UX/UI, accessibility (ADA compliance), web analytics, and technical SEO.
• Familiarity with QA and web tools such as Chrome Inspector, Lighthouse, or comparable alternatives.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
