Account Executive, Mid-Market

Job Description

Motive is seeking an Account Executive to establish the sales organization in Mexico. This role involves capitalizing on Motive's product positioning and promoting the value of business outcomes achievable through partnership. The Account Executive will be a self-motivated individual with a history of sales overachievement, adept at closing complex deals through interpersonal skills and technical understanding.

• Prospecting and securing new business via strong prospect relationships.
• Achieving KPI targets in a performance-driven setting.
• Collaborating with sales leadership to refine country-specific strategies.
• Providing tailored recommendations based on business needs and negotiating contract terms.
• Identifying and resolving customer issues, driving cross-functional support.
• Planning to exceed business goals and revenue quotas.
• Staying informed on market trends for consultative insights.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of B2B direct sales experience.
• Experience in building cross-functional relationships and influencing decision-makers.
• Ability to manage 3 to 6-month sales cycles with six-figure annual revenue per deal.
• A proactive approach to securing new clients.
• Comfort in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to outbound prospecting and closing deals.
• Experience in trucking, oil & gas, construction, transportation, logistics, compliance, or safety is a plus.
• Familiarity with Salesforce, Salesloft, Gong, Slack, and other enterprise software tools.
