Motive is seeking a Senior Manager, Commercial Account Management to lead a team focused on fast-growing accounts. This role involves managing Commercial Account Managers based in Pakistan (Islamabad or Lahore) and requires periodic travel for strategic planning and collaboration.Responsibilities:
Meet and exceed commercial revenue goals.
Set and optimize pipeline targets.
Drive consistent execution of sales methodologies.
Guide the team on prospecting, qualifying, selling, and closing deals.
Implement and maintain disciplined pipeline planning.
Oversee the effective use of Motive’s product suite.
Coach Account Executives through regular reviews and strategy sessions.
Provide leadership with clear forecasts and trend analyses.
Support demos and negotiate complex deals.
Requirements:
5+ years of international sales experience (US market preferred).
2+ years of sales leadership experience.
Strong track record in B2B sales.
Exceptional contractual and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in pipeline management.
Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
