Motive is seeking an Associate Manager, Mid-Market Sales Development to optimize an Upmarket Outbound Sales Development team focused on pipeline generation. The role requires strong leadership and the ability to deliver results. The Associate Manager will coach Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to improve meeting quality, strategic prospecting, organization, and objection handling. Collaboration with Account Executives (AEs), Regional Sales Managers (RSMs), Marketing, Sales Operations, and Business Intelligence is essential for alignment and driving a qualified pipeline.What this role involves:
Managing and developing a team of Outbound Sales Development Representatives.
Driving team performance to meet or exceed monthly quota and activity expectations.
Collaborating with Sales Development Representatives, Account Executives, and Leadership.
Maintaining CRM hygiene to track key metrics.
Enhancing productivity and meeting quality.
What the candidate needs to have:
Bachelor's degree (preferably from the US, UK, or Canada) or significant exposure to US/Canada/UK B2B customers.
2+ years of sales leadership experience (preferred) in a technology/product company.
4+ years of experience in international sales, outbound prospecting, and pipeline generation.
Strong mentorship and leadership abilities.
