Motive is seeking an Outbound Sales Development Representative, Mid-Market. In this role, the individual will be at the forefront of Motive's sales strategy, proactively reaching out to prospects to generate new business opportunities. This role is perfect for individuals who excel in a goal-oriented environment and are passionate about building relationships and driving business growth.What this role involves:
Proactively prospect and engage with potential customers through outbound channels.
Research and identify high-potential accounts and decision-makers within target industries.
Conduct consultative conversations to understand prospects' needs, challenges, and business goals.
Clearly articulate the value of our products and services, tailoring your messaging to address specific pain points.
Qualify leads using defined criteria and pass them to the sales team for further development.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of all outreach efforts, interactions, and lead qualifications in Salesforce.
Continuously refine your approach by staying informed about industry trends, competitive positioning, and product updates.
Meet and exceed weekly activity metrics and monthly lead qualification quotas.
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in an Outbound sales role.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Strong understanding of sales principles and a desire to develop a career in sales.
Thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Experience using SalesForce, SalesLoft, or Genesys (nice to have).
Experience in engaging with international audiences (nice to have).
Be able to work 6am-3pm Pacific time
