Motive is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to establish and grow its sales presence in Mexico. This role involves prospecting and securing new business by building strong relationships with potential clients. The ideal candidate will thrive in a performance-driven environment, consistently exceeding KPI targets and collaborating with sales leadership to refine sales strategies specific to the Mexican market. They will provide tailored recommendations based on client needs, negotiate contract terms, and proactively address any issues, ensuring smooth processes. The Account Executive will also stay informed about market trends to offer consultative insights.

Requirements:
4+ years of B2B direct sales experience.
Experience in building strong relationships.
Ability to manage 3 to 6-month sales cycles.

Commitment to outbound prospecting.
Experience in trucking, oil & gas, construction, transportation, logistics, compliance and/or safety a plus.
Understanding of technical tools like Salesforce, Salesloft, and Gong.
