Job Description

Motive is seeking a Sr. Sales Engineer to join their Mexico team. Motive empowers those who run physical operations with tools to make their work safer, more productive, and more profitable. The Senior Sales Engineer will report to the Director of Sales Engineering and will play an active part in increasing effectiveness, productivity, and revenue growth in the Sales Team.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner and strategize with Account Executives for discovery calls, product demonstrations, POC support and onsite meetings
  • Provide customized demonstrations of the Motive product offering to prospects
  • Match customer pains and requirements to proposed solutions
  • Become an expert on Motive’s competition
  • Work with AEs to respond to RFIs and RFPs
  • Serve as a sales liaison between multiple internal organizations

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5+ years working with strategic sales prospects in a pre-sales/sales engineering capacity (SaaS and Hardware experience is a plus)
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Consistent track record selling complex solutions
  • Experience in the Transportation & Logistics industry is a plus
  • Experience with APIs and integrations
  • Bachelor's Degree required, Bachelor’s of Science preferred, MS a plus
