Manager, SMB Account Management

Job Description

Motive is seeking a Manager, SMB Account Management to lead a global team of SMB Account Managers. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned sales leader with exceptional communication and people management skills. This role involves scaling and managing the team to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets by selling Motive’s products and services to existing SMB customer accounts. While primarily remote, occasional travel to Motive's Pakistan offices may be required.What this role involves:

• Leading and exceeding bookings and revenue targets.
• Defining inbound/outbound appointment and pipeline targets.
• Driving consistent execution of Motive’s sales playbook.
• Coaching and measuring the team’s effectiveness in prospecting, qualifying, selling, and closing opportunities.
• Overseeing disciplined pipeline planning and accurate forecasts.
• Leveraging Motive’s portfolio in every sales pursuit.
• Regularly reviewing calls and coaching Account Executives.
• Tracking, auditing, and forecasting business performance.
• Supporting demos and negotiating complex deals.

Requirements:

• 4+ years in international sales (US market preferred).
• 2+ years in sales leadership (plus), ideally within a technology or product-driven company.
• Proven B2B sales track record with short sales cycles.
• Outstanding contractual and negotiation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to enforce pipeline management best practices.
• A self-starter mindset.
