Similarweb is seeking an Account Manager, Enterprise to join their Singapore office. The Account Manager will be responsible for retaining and expanding relationships with existing customers of Similarweb's Market Intelligence solution. This role reports to the AVP, APAC Sales. The Account Manager will own the relationship with key decision-makers, ensuring they maximize the value of the platform and data. They will increase user engagement, facilitate product adoption, and identify up-sell opportunities to drive new business growth.Responsibilities:
  • Managing and developing long-term partnerships with major brands
  • Working closely with customers to increase product adoption and engagement
  • Retaining client ARR spending with Similarweb
  • Identifying and closing opportunities for upsells
  • Ensuring customers achieve their business goals and KPIs
  • Consulting clients on business measurement of success and pain points
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a commercial role
  • At least 3 years consistency in previous role(s)
  • Proven experience with ANZ
  • Background in SaaS, Data and Insights sales
  • Demonstrated success running consultative sales processes in complex Enterprise organizations
  • Strong understanding of the digital marketing space and trends
  • Able to identify value drivers in recurring revenue business models
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Team player who can collaborate effectively
