Senior Business Analyst

Job Description

Similarweb is seeking a highly motivated Senior Business Analyst to join its Revenue Analytics team. The successful candidate will contribute to the Go-To-Market organization's strategic decision-making process. This role involves collaborating with team members to drive impact, value, and insights using data, playing a key role in the company's growth.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Go-To-Market organization to leverage data for strategic decision-making.
• Design and build dashboards to monitor business KPIs, ensuring data hygiene and integrity.
• Develop models, targets, and tracking reports to measure the effectiveness of Go-To-Market efforts.
• Identify new growth opportunities and foster a data-driven culture.
• Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with data engineers to integrate new data sources.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience as a data/business analyst (B2B SaaS experience is a plus).
• A bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field.
• SQL proficiency (must); Python and DBT (a plus).
• Experience with analytics and visualization tools (Tableau is an advantage).
• Understanding of the B2B sales landscape & digital data industry (an advantage).
• Experience with data modeling, data pipeline development, and understanding of ERD concepts.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically.
• Proficiency in working with complex data schemas.
• Ability to use analytical skills to drive business impact.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in English.
• Positive, team-oriented, and can-do attitude.
