Job Description

Babylist is seeking a passionate Fullstack Software Engineer to join its Babylist Health team. This role involves scaling technical systems and creating a user-friendly storefront to support Babylist Health's goals. The engineer will also work on new strategic initiatives to expand health offerings. As part of the team, the engineer will lead business-critical projects and make important decisions about how systems grow and scale.

• Collaborating with the Product team to create new features in health.
• Executing cycle-long projects independently.
• Improving team performance through insightful code reviews.
• Demonstrating strong systems thinking and curiosity.
• Building systems to scale Babylist Health to $100M in revenue.
• Becoming a subject matter expert within health services.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience delivering end-to-end solutions.
• Experience in Ruby on Rails and React.
• Growth mindset and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Strong execution and systems thinking.
