Job Description

Babylist is seeking a passionate Fullstack Software Engineer to join its Babylist Health team. This role involves scaling technical systems and creating a user-friendly storefront to support Babylist Health's goals. The engineer will also work on new strategic initiatives to expand health offerings.

• Collaborating with the Product team to create new features in health.
• Executing cycle-long projects independently.
• Improving team processes through insightful reviews.
• Building systems to scale Babylist Health.
• Becoming a subject matter expert within health services.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience delivering end-to-end solutions.
• Experience in Ruby on Rails and React.
• Growth mindset and excellent communication skills.
• Experience in e-commerce, healthcare payments, or consumer applications is a plus.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
