Babylist is seeking a Director of Supply Chain Operations to lead its internal fulfillment center, 3PL partnerships, and outbound inventory movement. This role is crucial for scaling the distribution network and ensuring operational excellence. The Director will report to the SVP of Supply Chain and collaborate with senior leadership.Babylist is a platform for millions of growing families, offering a range of products and services. The company values a remote-first work environment but requires initial onsite presence for this role.What this role involves:

• Taking full ownership of inbound, outbound, and fulfillment functions.
• Partnering cross-functionally with various teams to drive innovation.
• Architecting and leading Babylist’s end-to-end Fulfillment Network.
• Setting and executing strategic objectives across operations.
• Building and sustaining a high-performing, customer-obsessed fulfillment team.
• Owning performance management for the outbound network.
• Optimizing fulfillment processes and implementing scalable standard operating procedures.
• Championing Babylist’s core values.

Requirements:

• 15+ years of experience in supply chain, fulfillment, and logistics.
• 10+ years leading large-scale teams and managing complex operations.
• Experience in Lean, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methodologies.
• Deep understanding of fulfillment technology systems and automation tools.
• Strong financial acumen.
• Expertise in designing and scaling kitting operations, inventory control, and return flows.
