Job Description
Bottomline Technologies, a global leader in business payments and cash management, is seeking a highly motivated Channel Partner Sales Manager to join their UK Financial Messaging Sales team. This is a hybrid role based in London, requiring occasional office attendance. The Channel Sales Manager will be responsible for creating, developing, and nurturing a sales pipeline to generate new business opportunities by selling solutions to Banks, Non-Bank Financial Institutions, via partners and/or Multi-National Corporations.

Role Involves:
  • Presenting, promoting, and selling products/services to existing and prospective customers
  • Achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Generating a sales pipeline of opportunities and progressing them through the sales process
  • Collaborating with team members to maintain a positive team spirit
  • Managing sales nurture campaigns
  • Serving as the lead point of contact for customer matters throughout the sales cycle
  • Regularly updating and managing the sales pipeline on Salesforce
  • Attending client meetings, with some international travel

Requirements:
  • Experience selling SaaS solutions to senior executives
  • Success in networking, setting appointments, building pipelines, negotiating, and closing sales
  • Ability to develop and execute prospecting plans
  • Ability to conduct needs assessments and discovery
  • Competitive drive to achieve goals and win new business
  • Ability to build trusted relationships and differentiate the Bottomline portfolio
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail
  • Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Experience with CRM tools
  • Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
