Bottomline is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join their Enterprise Vendor Sales team in Portsmouth, NH. The Inside Sales Representative will generate revenue through vendor enrollment, providing a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, disciplined, and possesses the confidence to develop strategies and drive sales results.
Role involves:
- Generating revenue by enrolling vendors in client payment programs.
- Educating customers on the Paymode service.
- Driving adoption of Network Service Fee.
- Explaining technical aspects of remittance delivery (ACH and EDI).
- Focusing on client commitment to the Paymode Network.
- Developing new campaign strategies.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Building collaboration with other teams.
- Improving processes and efficiencies.
Requirements:
- Successful in a fast-paced sales environment.
- At least 4 years’ experience in telesales or customer service.
- Superior verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong desire to win and be assertive.
- Proven organization, problem resolution, and creative thinking skills.
- Experience with Salesforce.com is a plus.
