Bottomline is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join their Enterprise Vendor Sales team in Portsmouth, NH. The Inside Sales Representative will generate revenue through vendor enrollment, providing a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, disciplined, and possesses the confidence to develop strategies and drive sales results.

Role involves:

  • Generating revenue by enrolling vendors in client payment programs.
  • Educating customers on the Paymode service.
  • Driving adoption of Network Service Fee.
  • Explaining technical aspects of remittance delivery (ACH and EDI).
  • Focusing on client commitment to the Paymode Network.
  • Developing new campaign strategies.
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Building collaboration with other teams.
  • Improving processes and efficiencies.

Requirements:

  • Successful in a fast-paced sales environment.
  • At least 4 years’ experience in telesales or customer service.
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong desire to win and be assertive.
  • Proven organization, problem resolution, and creative thinking skills.
  • Experience with Salesforce.com is a plus.
