Software Engineer

Job Description

Bottomline Technologies is seeking a Software Engineer to work as a backend developer on its Payments and Financial Document Automation SaaS solutions. The Software Engineer will work in an Agile team to make the solution secure, reliable, and scalable, while delivering customer features. Bottomline is a global leader in business payments and cash management, moving more than $16 trillion in payments annually.Role involves:

• Operating independently and taking direction
• Showing initiative and driving work to closure
• Contributing to the refinement of team processes
• Identifying and managing risks
• Building relationships and developing a network

Requirements:

• Inquisitive and eager to learn
• Proven experience in relative field and/or a degree in related technologies
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proven problem solving & analytical skills
• C# .Net 8.0/Framework/Standard
• RDBMS (MSSQL/Oracle/PostgreSQL)
• Development of customer facing RESTful APIs using security best practices
• Unit test development (NUnit/xUnit/Moq)
