Alarm.com is seeking a Support Operations Associate I to join their contact center. This role involves providing phone-based technical support to dealers, ensuring devices in end-users' homes and businesses function correctly. The ideal candidate possesses a passion for customer service, problem-solving skills, and technical curiosity.
Responsibilities:
- Provide phone-based customer support for Alarm.com products and services.
- Develop troubleshooting steps to resolve technical concerns.
- Share knowledge within the team through documentation and training.
- Collaborate with team members to improve quality and service.
- Participate in lab exercises and product testing.
Requirements:
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Interest in technology.
- Experience with logical thinking and problem-solving.
- Strong technical aptitude and computer skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
