Alarm.com is seeking a Support Operations Associate I to join their contact center. This role involves providing phone-based technical support to dealers, ensuring devices in end-users' homes and businesses function correctly. The ideal candidate possesses a passion for customer service, problem-solving skills, and technical curiosity.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide phone-based customer support for Alarm.com products and services.
  • Develop troubleshooting steps to resolve technical concerns.
  • Share knowledge within the team through documentation and training.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve quality and service.
  • Participate in lab exercises and product testing.

Requirements:

  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • Interest in technology.
  • Experience with logical thinking and problem-solving.
  • Strong technical aptitude and computer skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team.
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • Phone-based support skills preferred.
