This role involves:
- Collaborating with HR Business Partners and business leaders.
- Supporting the annual compensation planning process.
- Performing job mapping and market pricing.
- Maintaining job profiles.
- Reviewing and approving employment offers.
- Conducting quarterly reviews of FLSA salary threshold requirements.
- Assisting in determining FLSA classification status.
- Developing compensation guidelines and communications.
- Researching compensation tools.
The requirements for this position include:
- 2-5 years of compensation experience.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
- Experience in change management.
- Knowledge of relevant Federal, State, Local laws/regulations.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
