Alarm.com is seeking a Compensation Analyst to design, develop, and execute compensation programs. The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical mindset, a deep understanding of compensation and market trends, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

This role involves:

  • Collaborating with HR Business Partners and business leaders.
  • Supporting the annual compensation planning process.
  • Performing job mapping and market pricing.
  • Maintaining job profiles.
  • Reviewing and approving employment offers.
  • Conducting quarterly reviews of FLSA salary threshold requirements.
  • Assisting in determining FLSA classification status.
  • Developing compensation guidelines and communications.
  • Researching compensation tools.

The requirements for this position include:

  • 2-5 years of compensation experience.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
  • Experience in change management.
  • Knowledge of relevant Federal, State, Local laws/regulations.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
