Alarm.com is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to support over 350 Software Engineers, working alongside a Senior HR Business Partner. The HRBP will serve as a trusted advisor on people-related matters, building strong relationships to influence decision-making and drive change. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with leaders and the HR team to enhance the employee experience.
Responsibilities: - Serve as a strategic HR partner, providing coaching and support to all levels within the Software Engineering organization.
- Build strong relationships with employees and managers to understand business needs.
- Develop people strategies to enhance organizational effectiveness and employee satisfaction.
- Partner with business leaders to manage organizational change.
- Provide HR expertise in performance management, employee relations, and leadership development.
- Guide managers through complex employee relations matters, ensuring fair resolution of workplace issues.
- Integrate with HR colleagues in Recruiting, Learning & Development, and other teams to implement solutions.
Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree required.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in a HR Business Partner role.
- Previous experience supporting engineering teams is preferred.
- Strong client-service focus and relationship-building skills.
- Desire to work collaboratively with the HR team.
- Ability to balance multiple deliverables and prioritize effectively.
