Senior Product Manager

Job Description

PointCentral is seeking a Senior Product Manager to join their Enabling Technologies team. The Senior Product Manager will work across the entire platform, including software, firmware, and physical devices. The solutions PointCentral deploys range from life safety applications to energy management to leasing services.Responsibilities:

• Own business objectives focused on expanding PointCentral’s hardware ecosystem.
• Drive the entire product development life cycle.
• Formulate a vision and product roadmap for your team.
• Develop and maintain relationships with technology partners.
• Support PointCentral leadership in strategic customer engagements.
• Support all revenue teams in qualifying prospects, closing sales, onboarding new customers, and troubleshooting support issues.
• Develop a deep understanding of the rental real estate market.
• Contribute to a positive and fun work culture.

Requirements:

• 5-9 years in technology roles with a minimum of 3 years as a product manager (5+ preferred).
• Real estate or property technology experience preferred.
• Proven ability to achieve positive business outcomes.
• Experience with Agile methodology.
• Passion for consumer and commercial technology.
• Humble and willing to assist in miscellaneous product tasks.
• B.S., B.A., or relevant trade experience required.
