Product Manager II - Partner Tools

Job Description

Alarm.com is seeking a Product Manager II to join their growing team in Tysons, Virginia. The Product Manager II will work with the entire platform, including software, integrations, and hardware devices in a smart home. The ideal candidate will be a solution-oriented professional with good communication skills, self-driven, technically competent, and have proven product management experience.Role involves:

• Driving the entire product development life cycle
• Collaborating with product designers and software engineers
• Engaging with customers and monitoring station partners
• Translating the product vision into detailed requirements
• Being the product champion to internal teams
• Troubleshooting and resolving escalated product issues
• Recommending and prioritizing improvements to existing products

Requirements:

• B.S. or B.A. required, preferably in engineering, computer science, math, or related field
• 2-5 years in product, project, or program management
• Track record for managing and launching successful products
• Strong ability to process and synthesize information
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Genuine self-starter
• Proven ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience with Atlassian Product Suite (JIRA, Confluence, etc.)
