Job Description
CHeKT is seeking a Product Manager to join their team in Shreveport, Louisiana. The Product Manager will work with the entire platform, including software, integrations, and hardware devices. The ideal candidate will be solution-oriented, possess strong communication skills, and have proven product management experience. They will collaborate with the software engineering team and stakeholders to maintain and develop CHeKT services and tools.
Responsibilities:
- Drive the entire product development life cycle
- Collaborate with product designers and software engineers
- Engage with customers and monitoring station partners
- Collaborate with the COO and VP of Technology to develop integration strategies
- Lead the execution of CHeKT integration strategies
- Translate the product vision into detailed requirements
- Be the product champion to internal teams
- Troubleshoot and resolve escalated product issues
- Recommend and prioritize improvements to existing products
Requirements:
- B.S. or B.A. required
- 2-5 years in product, project, or program management
- Strong ability to process and synthesize information
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Genuine self-starter
- Proven ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously
