Job Description
Webflow is seeking a Solutions Architect, GTM Technology to drive the architecture of the Demand to Order process. The role involves lead and opportunity management, pricing, quoting, contracting, and renewal management to support PLG and SLG growth strategies. This is a high-impact role where the individual will influence revenue processes, product pricing, contract modifications, and monetization strategies, enabling scalability and automation in revenue operations.About the Role:

Requirements:
  • 5-8 years of experience in a Solutions Architect, Revenue Operations, or GTM Systems role in a SaaS company.
  • Deep expertise in Salesforce CPQ, including pricing strategies, contract modifications, and renewals.
  • Strong knowledge of ERP systems (NetSuite), Commissions system (CaptivateIQ), Marketo, Outreach, Workday and their integrations with Salesforce.
  • Experience supporting both PLG (self-service growth) and SLG (enterprise sales) motions.
  • Proficiency in API integrations, middleware tools (Workato, Mulesoft, Boomi), and automation frameworks.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to drive process optimization & automation.
  • Strong stakeholder management, cross-functional collaboration, influencing, and communication skills
