Webflow is seeking a Staff Product Manager to drive the evolution of the Webflow CMS. This role is central to empowering designers and content creators to build dynamic, database-driven websites without code. The Staff Product Manager will shape the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the CMS product, advocating for user needs and delivering a simple, yet powerful user experience.About WebflowWebflow's mission is to bring development superpowers to everyone.   • Advancing the vision, strategy, and execution of the Webflow CMS.
  • Developing and driving the roadmap for the CMS content authoring and management experience.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional partners to identify and define features that improve the product experience.
  • Conducting research and data analysis to understand user needs, pain points, and behaviors.
  • Prioritizing product backlog and managing roadmap based on strategic priorities, user needs, and market trends.
  • Defining, tracking, and analyzing key product metrics to inform decision-making and measure success.
  • Collaborating on go-to-market strategies for product features and updates.
Requirements:
  • Experience owning and driving product strategy on products with strong user experiences, particularly in SaaS or content & database platform tools.
  • Experience working with data structures, API design, and technical product development.
  • Strong stakeholder management experience leading products that support multiple customer personas.
  • Deep empathy and passion for understanding user needs and transforming them into tangible product features.
  • Strong technical acumen and ability to articulate complex technical concepts in simple terms.
  • 'Test and learn' mentality and comfort working in a fast-paced, dynamic, and evolving environment.
  • Ability to balance big-picture thinking with deep-dive analysis and attention to detail.
  • Strong understanding and appreciation of design aesthetics and principles.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with a creative and analytical mindset.
  • Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team towards achieving a common goal.
  • Experience with Webflow and other web design and development tools or are passionate about democratizing access to web technologies.
