Senior Staff Product Designer, Grow & Extend

Job Description

Webflow is seeking a Senior Staff Product Designer to join their Grow & Extend team. In this role, the designer will shape how customers discover, use, and grow with Webflow in an AI-driven landscape. They will drive the launch and adoption of intuitive and powerful site creation and building tools, applying a systems lens to ensure cohesive, trustworthy experiences across the platform. Webflow is looking for someone who can define long-term vision and sweat the details of design execution, and excel at distilling complex, technical concepts into simple and highly crafted experiences.Role involves:

• Leading strategic design initiatives focused on user activation, expansion, and AI-driven site creation.
• Owning and articulating a compelling vision for early customer journeys with AI.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to shape strategic roadmaps.
• Rapidly prototyping, testing, and iterating innovative concepts.
• Elevating the overall quality and consistency of Webflow’s platform.
• Acting as an influential thought leader.

Requirements:

• Deep interest in AI technologies, AI prototyping, design systems and tooling.
• Familiarity with web design industry, standards, content management, and accessibility.
• Demonstrated experience influencing and leading complex initiatives in a remote environment.
• Bias towards action working on complex products at a high growth, scaling company.
• Strong written, verbal, and visual communication skills.
• Previous experience with software that empowers professional or technical users.
• Care about the impact a high quality software experiences, and are comfortable with the business strategy side of things that drive real tangible growth.
• Possess a strong growth mindset, are optimistic about the future, and comfortable with ambiguity.
• Stay curious and open to growth — actively building fluency in emerging technologies like AI to unlock creativity, accelerate progress, and amplify impact.
