Job Description
Webflow is seeking an Enterprise Solutions Engineer to inspire customers by demonstrating the capabilities of the Webflow platform. This role involves showcasing how Webflow's solution aligns with customer business objectives and influencing product direction by representing the customer's perspective. The Enterprise Solutions Engineer will support Account Executives, guide customers through the evaluation process, and partner with them to develop solutions and business cases. They will also present compelling demonstrations and lead strategic initiatives to advance Webflow's mission.
Responsibilities: - Support Enterprise Account Executives and strategic deals.
- Guide customers through the Webflow evaluation process.
- Partner with Account Executives and customers for solution design and validation.
- Present demonstrations highlighting the benefits of Webflow.
- Influence product direction by representing the customer voice.
- Lead strategic cross-functional initiatives.
Requirements: - 3+ years of experience as a Solutions Engineer, selling to Enterprise customers.
- Consultative approach and passion for solving customer problems.
- Advanced Webflow product knowledge and awareness of third-party integrations.
- Strong storytelling skills.
- Understanding of APIs and web programming languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
- Excellent coaching, writing, discovery, and presentation skills.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced environment.
