Job Description
Brainlabs, a high-performance media agency, is seeking a Manager, Paid Search (GMP) to join their team in Buenos Aires. This role involves delivering best-in-class work for clients, applying GMP knowledge and experience in SA360, and positively impacting client deliverables and the wider team.What this role involves:
  • Defining campaign delivery plans, including objectives and optimization strategies.
  • Generating and promoting innovative new concepts to clients, applying a test-and-learn approach.
  • Sharing successes across the practice by improving guidelines, playbooks, and processes, including automation opportunities.
  • Advising clients on successful campaigns using Search Ads 360 and Google Ads.
  • Working with clients to map them on a digital maturity framework and promote technology adoption.
  • Proactively identifying opportunities within client accounts and sharing them with clients.
  • Serving as a point of contact for clients on day-to-day tasks and deliverables.
  • Contributing to the development of a best-practice roadmap for the GMP offering.
  • Mentoring others across the practice and sharing knowledge within the agency.
Requirements:
  • Strong track record of hands-on campaign execution, with 2+ years of experience.
  • Demonstrable success in optimizing campaigns across the GMP stack (SA360) and working through automation, processes, and technology adoption/development.
  • Good understanding of how other channels work and optimize together.
  • Confident, dynamic, engaging, and authentic communicator.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Excellent presentation, data analysis, and reporting skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and process orientation.
