Job Description
Brainlabs is seeking a Manager, Paid Search to deliver best-in-class work for clients. The Manager will apply their Paid Search knowledge and experience to positively impact client deliverables and the wider team. They will help define campaign delivery plans, objectives, and optimization strategies. The Manager will also generate and promote innovative concepts, applying a test-and-learn approach and sharing successes across the practice.
In this role, the Manager will: - Deliver highly successful campaigns that outperform KPIs, to budget and on-time.
- Define campaign delivery plans and measurement targets.
- Effectively track and optimize campaigns.
- Serve as a point of contact for clients on day-to-day tasks and deliverables.
- Develop and implement guidelines and processes, contributing to ideas around automation or process improvement.
- Contribute to developing a best-practice roadmap for the Paid Search offering.
- Mentor others across the practice, helping to grow capability and knowledge.
Brainlabs is looking for someone who: - Has a strong Paid Search delivery track record with 2+ years of experience.
- Is passionate about their craft.
- Has demonstrable success in optimizing Paid Search campaigns through automation, processes, and technology adoption/development.
- Has a good understanding of how other channels work and optimize together.
- Is a confident, dynamic, engaging, and authentic communicator who cares about the quality of work and continuous learning.
- Is passionate about growing the knowledge of those around them.
- Has excellent presentation skills and strong data analysis and reporting skills.
- Has a strong attention to detail, is methodical, and process-oriented.
