Brainlabs, a high-performance media agency, is seeking a Specialist, Paid Search to join their team in Buenos Aires, Argentina. The Specialist will report to Luke Fisher and focus on delivering high-quality work for clients. The role involves utilizing knowledge to deliver brilliant campaigns, following best practices, and providing insightful reporting. The Specialist will also advocate for the practice, develop process improvements, and have regular exposure to clients.

Role Involves:

• Delivering high-quality campaigns that outperform KPIs.
• Following best practice and QA processes.
• Delivering insightful reporting on campaign performance.
• Advocating for the practice and growing knowledge across the team.
• Developing ideas for process improvements and automation.
• Presenting to clients.

Requirements:

• 12+ months of experience in delivering activation for clients.
• Passion for growing a career in marketing.
• Demonstrable skills in strategy, innovation, and client management.
• Understanding of how other channels work and optimize together.
• Confident communication and presentation skills.
• Advancing data analysis and storytelling skills.
• Strong attention to detail and process orientation.
