Job Description
AlphaSense is seeking an Account Manager to nurture client relationships and expand its customer base. The Account Manager will serve as the primary contact for Corporate clients, addressing inquiries, providing updates, and leading renewal discussions. This role requires versatility, as the individual will work with clients across various industries and collaborate with account executives to identify new business opportunities.

Role involves:
  • Managing and growing a book of business to maximize client retention and identify revenue opportunities.
  • Driving adoption across business units, partnering with Account Executives to expand usage and prevent churn.
  • Forecasting retention and identifying at-risk accounts early to mitigate loss.
  • Understanding client organizations deeply to tailor engagement and messaging.
  • Building strategic relationships with users and stakeholders to position AlphaSense as a trusted partner.
  • Being a visible presence through on-site initiatives.
  • Acting as the voice of the client internally and champion AlphaSense externally.
  • Collecting feedback and success stories to influence product, marketing, and sales strategies.

Requirements:
