AlphaSense is seeking an Associate Customer & Product Support to join their growing C&PS team. The role is based in London, with remote options available within the United Kingdom. AlphaSense is a market intelligence and search platform powered by AI, trusted by over 4,000 enterprise customers, including a majority of the S&P 500.

The Associate will be at the intersection of sales, customer success, and technical support, driving positive customer outcomes and ensuring seamless access to AlphaSense’s platform. This role requires a customer-first mindset, strong communication skills, and the ability to solve complex problems.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in a client/product support role.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Interest in AI, technology, and software applications.
