Job Description
AlphaSense is seeking an Implementation Consultant to join their Enterprise Intelligence team. This role involves overseeing the implementation of large client rollouts and collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure success. The Implementation Consultant will serve as a bridge between pre-sale technical implementation and post-implementation account rollout, playing a crucial role in ensuring a successful implementation of the Enterprise Intelligence product for new and existing customers. They will manage the post-sale implementation process, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure a seamless transition for clients to ensure adoption.
Role involves:
- Developing and executing detailed project plans aligned with client goals.
- Coordinating with cross-functional teams.
- Conducting regular meetings to keep clients informed.
- Creating and modifying training programs.
- Identifying potential risks and developing mitigation strategies.
- Monitoring KPIs and using data-driven insights for improvements.
- Developing and maintaining comprehensive playbooks.
- Partnering with Account Managers and Adoption Specialists to drive adoption.
Requirements:
- At least 4+ years of experience as an implementation manager or customer-facing project manager.
- Passionate about learning and problem-solving.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team.
- Experience with Intercom, Salesforce, JIRA, Tableau, or Catalyst.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
