Sales Solutions Architect

Job Description

AlphaSense is seeking a Sales Solutions Architect to join their Application Specialist team. This role supports the sales team through pre-sales positioning, trial support, information security review, and technical implementations. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving the adoption of AlphaSense's Enterprise Intelligence solution, contributing to the company's growth in 2025 and beyond.

As part of the Application Specialist team, the Sales Solutions Architect will work at the intersection of customer engagement, sales, enablement, product, and engineering. They will guide clients through complex business challenges, aligning AlphaSense’s AI-powered insights to meet their goals, and providing feedback to influence the product roadmap.

What this role involves:

• Developing a deep understanding of clients’ strategic business and technical objectives.
• Acting as a trusted advisor, guiding customers in data and knowledge management strategies.
• Leading technical evaluations by delivering compelling product demonstrations.
• Driving customer adoption by identifying new applications for the EI solution.
• Collaborating with engineering to ensure seamless post-sale support and product optimization.
• Operating cross-functionally to deepen engagement and expand product use within client organizations.
• Serving as an Enterprise Intelligence subject matter expert for internal stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for driving customer adoption.
• 5+ years of pre-sales experience with complex, technical products (SaaS or AI-driven).
• 10+ years of customer facing experience for a SaaS solution
• Exceptional presentation skills.
• Proven ability to manage complex sales processes.
• Technical acumen with experience in REST or GraphQL APIs.
• Technical proficiency in software development (Backend or Web development).
• Collaborative and influential, skilled in building credibility and fostering strong relationships.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure) and cloud-based application architecture.
• Background in financial markets or FinTech and experience with market intelligence solutions is a plus.
