AlphaSense is seeking a Financial Systems and Analytics Analyst to maintain and optimize financial systems and provide actionable insights through data analysis. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of financial principles and proficiency in data analysis tools. This role is crucial for ensuring data integrity and supporting informed decision-making within the company.
What This Role Involves:
- Administering and maintaining the company's financial systems.
- Developing and maintaining financial models and dashboards.
- Collecting, analyzing, and interpreting financial data.
- Preparing and presenting financial reports and analyses.
- Identifying and implementing process improvements.
- Ensuring compliance with internal controls and financial reporting standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in financial analysis and systems administration.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Workday Adaptive Planning, BI tools).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
