Job Description
AlphaSense is seeking a People Business Partner to join their Global People Team. This role reports to the Associate Director, People Business Partnerships and focuses on partnering with managers in the revenue organization to build a scalable organization and positively impact the employee experience. AlphaSense, having recently acquired Tegus, is focused on consolidating robust People systems and processes to develop and scale their culture.
Role involves:
- Coaching and guiding managers on people management.
- Supporting managers through periods of rapid growth.
- Assisting with core People processes like compensation and growth reviews.
- Providing ongoing coaching to maintain a positive employee experience.
- Working with global People Team partners to address employee inquiries.
- Helping managers address performance issues and navigate employee relations.
- Developing programs to support employee learning, career growth, and mobility.
- Analyzing trends and metrics to develop solutions and policies.
Requirements:
- 3-4+ years of People Business Partner experience.
- Experience in a high-growth tech company (desirable).
- Experience with mergers and acquisitions (a plus).
- Located in the New York area and able to work from the New York office 2-3 days per week.
- Knowledge of HR principles and employment law.
- Proven ability to coach employees and management.
- Ability to deal with ambiguity and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
