Job Description
AlphaSense is seeking a Customer Advocacy Marketing Manager to develop and execute advocacy strategies that leverage satisfied customers and stakeholders. This role involves building strong relationships with advocates, identifying opportunities for advocacy, and driving engagement to amplify the company's message and influence.Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive advocacy strategy aligned with company objectives.
  • Identify and recruit advocates from customer base, employees, and other stakeholders.
  • Develop and manage advocacy campaigns utilizing various channels and platforms.
  • Collaborate with advocates to create compelling content showcasing their success.
  • Define KPIs to measure the effectiveness and impact of advocacy programs.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience leading customer marketing strategy in a B2B SaaS company.
  • Experience using marketing platforms including Salesforce, Marketo, and advocacy management tools.
  • Strong focus on results, measurement, and optimization to maximize ROI.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Excellent project management skills.
