AlphaSense is seeking a Strategic Partnerships Manager to join their Content organization. This role involves managing and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers at content vendor firms, prospecting for new content sources, and negotiating commercial and contractual arrangements. The ideal candidate will have a passion for financial and industry content and a deep understanding of how AlphaSense users consume it.Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain relationships with content vendor firms.
  • Prospect for new content sources and partnership opportunities.
  • Negotiate commercial and contractual arrangements.
  • Organize and track vendor partner contracts.
  • Assist in project management of partnership initiatives.
  • Analyze competing products and gather customer feedback.
  • Contribute to the successful launch of content into the market.
  • Monitor client usage of content.
  • Track industry trends and deliver competitive intelligence.
Requirements:
  • Experience at a financial information/technology content vendor or client.
  • Existing relationships with content providers.
  • Strong experience in commercial and contractual negotiation.
  • Ability to review license grants and interpret terms.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Subject-matter expertise with content feeds and metadata.
  • Experience working with globally distributed teams.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Solid Excel/Word/PowerPoint/Google Suite experience.
  • B2B SaaS and/or enterprise software application company experience.
