AlphaSense is seeking a Strategic Partnerships Manager to join their Content organization. This role involves managing and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers at content vendor firms, prospecting for new content sources, and negotiating commercial and contractual arrangements. The ideal candidate will have a passion for financial and industry content and a deep understanding of how AlphaSense users consume it.
Responsibilities: - Manage and maintain relationships with content vendor firms.
- Prospect for new content sources and partnership opportunities.
- Negotiate commercial and contractual arrangements.
- Organize and track vendor partner contracts.
- Assist in project management of partnership initiatives.
- Analyze competing products and gather customer feedback.
- Contribute to the successful launch of content into the market.
- Monitor client usage of content.
- Track industry trends and deliver competitive intelligence.
Requirements: - Experience at a financial information/technology content vendor or client.
- Existing relationships with content providers.
- Strong experience in commercial and contractual negotiation.
- Ability to review license grants and interpret terms.
- Effective communication skills.
- Subject-matter expertise with content feeds and metadata.
- Experience working with globally distributed teams.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Solid Excel/Word/PowerPoint/Google Suite experience.
- B2B SaaS and/or enterprise software application company experience.
What AlphaSense Offers: - Base Compensation Range: $165,000 - $190,000 USD
